Rad Power Bikes offers free shipping for US and Canadian orders. In-stock items for US orders typically ship within 5 business days and for Canadian and European orders within 2-3 weeks. Customers can track their orders via an email with the FedEx tracking info or by checking the order status on FedEx’s website. For more information on European shipping costs, customers can visit the “Shipping Information” section on the website.
Rad Power Bikes return policy
30-day return window
Rad Power Bikes offers a 1 year warranty against all manufacturing defects. If customers have second thoughts about their purchase, they can return it within 30 days of receiving the item. To request a refund, customers must check the Terms of Purchase for US and Canada returns to see which products are eligible for returns, take a photo of the item in its original packaging, and submit a return request form including the reason for the return and the photo. Rad Power Bikes will review the request and respond within 3 business days. Canceling an order that hasn’t shipped will result in a refund, but if the item has shipped, the item cannot be canceled and must be returned. Items such as food, opened items, and custom orders are not eligible for returns.
