Shapermint ships to the United States and 14 other countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore. Shipping costs range from $6.95 to $11.95 depending on the location and product/s purchased. For orders over $70 in the US, standard delivery is free. International orders may be subject to import duties, and shipping times vary from 7 to 15 business days. Shapermint's products are shipped from warehouses located in the East and West Coasts of the US, and international orders may be fulfilled from any of these warehouses. Currency conversion occurs at the time of the transaction, and the currency rate used is always the rate at the time of the transaction.

Shapermint's Return Policy

Shapermint offers a flexible return policy for their shapewear products. Customers have 60 days from the date of purchase to exchange, return, or convert their item to store credit. Exchanges for a different style, size, or color are free, while returns for a refund are also accepted. However, initial shipping rates are non-refundable. Refunds for international orders will be displayed in the customer's country's currency once the refund has been processed. It is important to note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse will not be considered faulty and will not be eligible for a refund.
