Recess Activewear's Shipping Policy

Recess Activewear processes and ships orders within 3 to 5 business days, with an additional 2 to 3 business days during peak holiday season, sales periods, or unforeseen natural calamities or Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ). Domestic orders over Php 3999 receive free standard shipping, while orders below this amount are charged a flat rate shipping fee of Php 150 per order. Same-day delivery is available in Metro Manila for a flat rate of Php 200, but COD payments and free shipping minimum of Php 3999 do not apply to same-day deliveries. Shipping times vary depending on the location, with Metro Manila estimated at 1-3 business days, GMA at 5-8 business days, and Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao at 7-10 business days. The brand ships to all major cities across the Philippines and is working to expand its reach further. Customers can change their shipping address by contacting customercare@ourrecess.com immediately after placing their order.

Recess Activewear's Return Policy

Recess Activewear offers free returns and exchanges on all apparel within 14 days of receipt, except for items purchased on discount, which are final sale unless mispacked or damaged. The items must be in their original condition with hang tags remaining in place, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. The company does not accept returns that do not meet these requirements. Refunds will be issued depending on the payment option selected, and may take up to 30 days for credit card payments. To request a return or exchange, customers must email customercare@ourrecess.com to schedule a pickup. Due to the pandemic, the Recess Nalgene bottle and the Personal Space Mat cannot be returned or exchanged. If customers receive the wrong product or a damaged/faulty item, they must email customercare@ourrecess.com to have the matter reviewed. There are no instructions provided for exchanging a gift.
