GymShark offers a variety of shipping options for their customers. The courier used for each order is selected by the warehouse based on the best available option, which includes UPS Standard, UPS Express, UPS SurePost, OnTrac, AxelHire, or DHL.

For domestic orders within the mainland US, GymShark offers Standard Delivery for $5 USD, with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 working days. Free Standard Delivery is available for orders above $75. Express Delivery is also available for $15 USD, with an estimated delivery time of 3 working days. For orders outside of the mainland US, customers can expect a longer delivery time of 14 days from when the order is shipped. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order is placed, followed by a second email containing tracking information once the order has been shipped. Gift card purchases do not count towards the free shipping threshold.

GymShark has a 30-day returns period for any unwanted products. Items can be returned as long as they are in their original condition. However, there are exceptions to this rule. Final sale items, personalized items, and bottles cannot be returned. Women's swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact, while men's swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging. Supplements can only be returned if they are unopened and in perfect resalable condition. Multiple returns must be registered separately and cannot be returned in one package. Proof of return postage receipts should be retained. Exchanges are available in select stores, but not in all locations. Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item. If an exchange cannot be processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. To receive a full refund, items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition with their original packaging. Damaged, worn, or unsuitable items will not be eligible for a refund. The processing time for a refund is up to 5 working days.
