Alo Yoga offers free shipping within the US with three different shipping methods: Fast (UPS Ground), Faster (UPS 2nd Day Air®) for $15, and Fastest (UPS Next Day Air®) for $25. International orders are shipped with DHL Express with an average total transit time of 1-7 business days. Taxes, duties and international processing will be determined and collected at checkout. Alo Yoga offers a 30 day return policy on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused. Customers in the US can use the prepaid label included in their shipment and drop the package off at UPS or FedEx. Customers outside of the US are responsible for return shipping and should use a tracked option. Bodysuits, underwear, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Items purchased in store can be returned in store or online. Refunds should take 2-4 days to process once the return is received.
