DTCetc’s Take

About Puffy

Puffy is an American mattress retailer founded in 2017 by Arthur Andreasyan and Daniel Galle. The company specializes in creating high-quality foam mattresses that cater to all sleeper types and are available in various sizes. Puffy's mattresses are designed to enhance sleep and reduce back pain, with four years of research and sleep trials conducted to create the perfect mattress. Puffy also advocates for eco-friendly manufacturing practices and is CertiPUR-US® certified, ensuring that the foam used does not contain any harmful chemicals. In addition, Puffy offers a comprehensive sleep system that includes a bed frame and pillow that have received positive reviews from customers. With its commitment to customer needs and the environment, Puffy is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and eco-friendly mattress.

Who Shops At Puffy

Puffy would be useful for customers who prioritize comfort and cooling throughout the night. These customers are likely to have specific needs when it comes to mattresses and are willing to research and test different options before making a purchase. They may also be interested in comparing Puffy to other mattress brands such as Purple Pillow and Ghostbed. Customers who are eco-conscious and appreciate brands that prioritize sustainability may also find Puffy appealing. Additionally, customers who are interested in purchasing a sleep system that provides personalized sleeping experiences and promotes physical well-being may find Puffy's four-layer mattresses useful. Overall, Puffy's target customers are those who prioritize comfort, quality, and sustainability when making a mattress purchase.

Unfortunately, there is currently no information available about any shipping deals or costs for purchases over a certain price.

Puffy's Return Policy

Puffy has a unique return policy where they offer a 101-night sleep trial. This means that customers can try out the mattress for 101 nights before deciding whether to keep it or return it for a full refund. If a customer decides to return the mattress, Puffy will arrange for the mattress to be picked up and donated to a local charity. The return process is simple and customers must contact Puffy's customer service team to initiate the return. There are no restrictions on returns, but it is important to note that the sleep trial must be initiated after 14 days of receiving the mattress. Puffy processes returns within 3-5 business days and refunds are issued in the original form of payment. It is important to note that Puffy pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
