PSD offers several shipping options for customers in the US. Standard shipping takes 6-10 business days and costs $3.99, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days and costs $7.99. Next Business Day Air is also available for $19.99. PSD Rewards members can receive free standard shipping on orders over $75, and can unlock free standard shipping at lower order values by leveling up in the rewards program. Processing times can take up to 1-3 business days during normal operations and up to 6-10 business days during peak sale periods. International shipping is also available to select countries, with duties and taxes charged at checkout. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks in transit and returns are the responsibility of the customer. Express shipping is not available for PO BOX, APO, or FPO addresses.
PSD offers free returns for items purchased through their website within 30 days of the order's ship date. To initiate a return, customers must provide their order number and shipping zip code through the company's website. The item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for items that were part of a special offer. Once a return is approved, it will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks upon receipt by PSD's warehouse. Customers will receive a UPS return label that is valid for 28 days. It is important to note that PSD does not accept returns for items purchased from a store or retailer.
