LSKD ships all orders from their headquarters located in Logan, QLD, Australia. Processing time for orders may take 24-48 hours, especially after a weekend, public holiday, or sale event. International shipping times may vary depending on the location and local customs clearance times. All international orders are shipped via DHL and customers will receive tracking details via email once the package is dispatched. Shipping costs vary depending on the country and shipping option selected. Import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient and LSKD will not mark parcels as gifts to avoid taxes. If an order is refused and returned to the sender, the customer will receive a refund minus the original shipping costs. LSKD prioritizes honesty and transparency in their shipping policy.
LSKD offers a flexible return policy for customers in Australia, the United States, and New Zealand. Customers can return their gear within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Returns made within 60 days of delivery are eligible for store credit or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Socks, jocks, face masks, and drink bottles cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. If a product is damaged or faulty, customers can email LSKD with their order number and photos of the fault/damage to arrange a replacement. Postage costs and duties are non-refundable for international orders. Customers who received a gift with purchase must return the gift in the same condition as the purchased item; failure to do so may result in a deduction from the refund amount. Exchanges are currently available only for customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. To initiate a return, customers must use LSKD's online return platform and provide their order number.
