Honeylove offers various shipping options for both domestic and international orders. For domestic orders, the Basic Shipping method takes about 5-9 business days to arrive, while expedited options like 2-day and Overnight are available at checkout for faster delivery. Orders placed before 11 am PT Monday-Friday ship out the same day, while orders placed after 11 am PT Friday - Sunday will ship out on the next business day. Domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, including shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and armed forces addresses. For international orders, DHL delivery takes approximately 4-10 business days, and shipping costs are calculated daily in the checkout process. Honeylove absorbs about 20% of the cost, and the cost shown includes all local duties and taxes. Note that there is a basic shipping charge of $4.99 for domestic orders below $100.
Honeylove offers a 30-day return policy for unworn items (trying on over undies for fit is okay) returned in the original packaging, with tags attached, and free of damages and scents by the customer. Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made, and shipping is nonrefundable. U.S. customers will be provided with a return label, while international customers must arrange shipping on their own.
