Hanni offers free ground shipping for orders $45 and above, while orders under $45 will have a $7 ground shipping fee. Ground shipping can take up to 10 days. For those who need their orders sooner, 2-day shipping is available for $20, but orders must be placed by 12 PM EST. Hanni ships to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military bases, but does not ship to PO Boxes due to package size restrictions. International shipping is not currently available, but customers can join the brand's international waitlist to be notified when they launch outside of the US.

Hanni offers a 90-day trial period for their weighted razor. If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can email the company to request a return shipping label free of charge. It is important to note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Gifts with purchase must be returned unused, or the gift value will be deducted from the refund. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original purchase and make a separate purchase for the new item. If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they should contact the company immediately with photos of the issue.
