Supply offers a 100-day trial period for customers to return their purchases. To initiate a return, customers must email hello@supply.co, and a team member will assist with processing the request. International customers are also eligible for the 100-day trial period. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
