Delivery times for non-bulk orders are generally 3-5 business days. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation via email, which can be used to track the order.
Frankli return policy
30-day return window
Frankli has a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging. Customers must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, customers can contact Frankli at team@befrankli.com. If the return is accepted, Frankli will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. It is important to note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, Frankli will notify the customer of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Customers should keep in mind that it may take additional time for their bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Frankli does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
