It is important to note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, Frankli will notify the customer of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Customers should keep in mind that it may take additional time for their bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Frankli does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
