For orders below these amounts, the shipping cost depends on the destination and is displayed at checkout. International shipping is done through DHL Go Green Climate Compensated Express Home Delivery, with delivery times ranging from 2-5 business days depending on the location. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer. Shipping within Sweden is done through various methods, including Budbee Home Delivery Evening and PostNord MyPack Collect Service Point, with delivery times ranging from 2-4 business days. Orders up to $800 in the United States are free of any import VAT or duties, while orders within the EU and select countries are shipped DDP, meaning taxes and duties are included in the final price. For countries outside of the EU, CDLP ships DDU, meaning customers may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving their package. All items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit, and customers can waive the signature requirement if they choose.

CDLP offers free returns within 30 days of purchase, but products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Multiple orders should not be combined for returns. Underwear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened. Once a return is inspected, the process may take up to 7 business days, and outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. Exchanges require a return and a new order.
