The Swell Water Bottle return policy allows customers to return unused and unmarked products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, customers must send their bottle in the original packaging to the address provided, and include their order number and reason for return on the packing slip. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days. Items that are used or marked are not eligible for return.
