Apex's Shipping Policy

Apex is a UK-based brand that only delivers its bikes within the UK. The bikes are delivered by fitness equipment specialists and will be delivered to the customer's room of choice in its box. At checkout, customers can choose to assemble the bike themselves or pay £150 for the installation service. Boxed bikes require self-assembly and come with comprehensive instructions and all the necessary tools. Customers are advised to have a friend available as the bike weighs 45kg. For delivery and installation, one of Apex's trained engineers will arrange a suitable time to assemble the bike for the customer. Please note that the engineers will not move the bike into a different room, so customers must ensure that the bike is in the correct room upon delivery. Currently, Apex can offer its assembly service to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and Guernsey. For non-assembled bikes, Apex can deliver to Isle of Man, other Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, EIRE, Scottish Offshore, Grampian, and the Highlands.

Apex's Return Policy

Apex offers a return policy for their products. Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return their purchase. The product must be undamaged and will be subject to inspection upon return. To arrange a refund, customers must contact Apex's Support Team via email at hello@apexrides.com. A team member will arrange a suitable collection date for the return. However, there is an £89 collection fee for change of mind returns that will be deducted from the refund. All returns are inspected before a refund is released, and the company aims to issue refunds within 48 hours of receipt into their warehouse.
