Bespoke Post’s Shipping Policy
Bespoke Post offers shipping to the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, as well as military addresses. Standard shipping to the lower 48 states costs $4.95, and orders over $95 qualify for free shipping. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada incurs an additional $10 charge. Bespoke Post cannot guarantee delivery dates for standard shipping, but upgraded shipping methods are available for an additional fee. Subscription boxes are typically shipped between the 6th and 15th of each month. Shipping to Canada takes between 10 and 15 business days and may incur additional charges for taxes such as VAT and duties. All packages shipped to Canada will be delivered "free domicile," meaning all duties, taxes, and shipping charges are paid in advance by Bespoke Post. Bespoke Post uses various carriers for shipping, including USPS, FedEx, Canada Post, CanPar, and MSI/Landmark as a consolidator for Canada.
Bespoke Post’s Return Policy
Bespoke Post accepts returns for most boxes and products within 60 days of an order. Returns are free and can be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded to the original credit card. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on the original order. It takes 2-3 weeks to process a return from the time it is sent back. Some products cannot be returned, as noted on the product page. If a product is broken or damaged, contact Bespoke Post with an image of the item, and they will take care of the issue. Unfortunately, individual items cannot be returned from a box purchase.
