Stryx return policy
60-day return window
Stryx offers a 30-day return policy for any product that does not meet customer satisfaction. To initiate a return, customers should email [email protected] and provide details about the return. Customers returning for a refund are responsible for return shipping costs, which can be covered by a prepaid label from Stryx with a $7 deduction from the refund amount. For store credit, items must be in the mail within 60 days of purchase and US customers using the return portal have free return shipping. For orders over $150, a restocking fee may be charged.
