Strands Hair Care offers free shipping for those who sign up for a subscription plan. Product orders and the Strands Kit are shipped within the United States through USPS for a flat rate of $5. Customers can also choose expedited shipping through FedEx for an additional charge of $15. Delivery of the Strands Starter Set takes approximately five business days. If a reformulation is requested, it should arrive within two business days of the chemists making the changes. Customers will receive an email with a tracking number for all orders. Strands Hair Care does not currently ship internationally.

Strands Hair Care offers customers the opportunity to return or reformulate their personalized hair care products within 30 days of when their order was shipped. To return an item, customers must email the brand with their order number and what disappointed them. Strands will then send a prepaid shipping label and once the return order is processed, customers will receive a refund in the original payment form within a few days. Reformulations can be requested by emailing the customer service team. All products can be returned, except for those that are final sale.
