Static Nails ships worldwide, with the exception of certain liquid products that can only be shipped within the USA (excluding AK, PR, VI, and HI) and Canada due to international shipping restrictions. The brand offers free standard shipping for orders over a certain dollar amount for USA orders. Standard shipping for USA orders costs $6.95, while USPS Priority rates are provided at checkout if available. International orders can choose from standard shipping (typically 12-30 business days), priority shipping (typically 6-12 business days), and rush shipping (typically 7 business days or less), with carrier rates based on location and options available. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties required by their respective government. Orders containing in-stock merchandise usually ship the same day if placed before 10 am PST Monday - Friday, and orders placed after 10 am PST are typically fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Orders placed during weekends are still fulfilled but typically do not ship until Monday.

Static Nails allows customers to return eligible, unopened, and unused products purchased from their website within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit. The company does not conduct exchanges at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited. However, lash and liquid products, including lacquers, treatments, removers, liner, and brush-on glue, cannot be returned or refunded due to sanitary purposes. Gift cards and mystery products are also final sale and cannot be returned.
