Soar Running's fulfilment centre operates Monday to Friday only, and for same day despatch, orders must be placed before 12:30 pm. Orders placed after midday on Friday will be despatched on Monday, and there is no Saturday despatch service. The brand offers free shipping with Royal Mail 48hr for orders over £150 in the UK, while orders under £150 incur a £6 shipping cost with either Royal Mail or Evri. Next day shipping is also available for £10 with DX logistics, but the brand does not reimburse next day shipping if the order does not arrive within time. For international orders, Soar Running ships with DHL on a 2-3 day tracked and signed service. Shipping and any duty/taxes are all calculated at the checkout stage, and all delivery times are subject to custom checks. The brand only ships under Duty-Delivered-Paid (DDP) terms for European orders, meaning there are no final delivery import fees or unexpected late invoices.
Soar Running offers a free return policy for most countries using carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, or FedEx. However, returns from certain destinations cost £20. Customers can return their unworn kit for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving their parcel, except for Archive Sale items which have a reduced 14-day returns window. To return an item, customers must mark any return instructions on the delivery note, submit the return via a link provided, pack the items securely, and take them to a drop-off center or post office. The company aims to process returns within two working days. Gifts can be returned for exchange or credit note, but gift cards cannot be refunded. The company allows exchanges on a like-for-like basis and will process exchanges for different products with different prices. Faulty goods can be returned, but items damaged due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty. The 100 Mile Promise allows customers to return a SOAR garment for a SOAR credit note to the full value of the item if they are not satisfied after running up to 100 miles in it.
