For international shipping, Slick Gorilla offers DHL Globalmail for both Europe and worldwide destinations. For Europe, the shipping cost is £4.95 and delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. For worldwide destinations, the shipping cost is £10.00 and delivery takes 10 to 24 business days.

Before returning an order, customers must contact Slick Gorilla to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items, but Slick Gorilla will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items. It is important to properly package the goods to prevent any damage during transit. If the product is found to be damaged or used beyond what is necessary for inspection, the refund may be rejected.
