SACHAJUAN offers a 14-day return policy for their products. Customers have the right to withdraw their purchase within this period for any reason or no reason at all. If multiple products are ordered and delivered separately, or if a product is delivered in separate parts at different times, the customer has 14 days from the delivery of the last product or part to withdraw the purchase. To initiate a return, customers must notify SACHAJUAN within 14 days of delivery by sending a message to Contact@sachajuan.com or by post to Box 24023, 104 50 Stockholm. The message should include the customer's name, address, and contact information. Customers can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency standard form for withdrawal. Once the return is initiated, customers have 14 days to return the product to SACHAJUAN. The product must be sealed, unused, and returned in its original packaging for a full refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the products are packaged securely to mitigate the risk of damage or loss during delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received, customers should contact SACHAJUAN immediately to lodge a complaint. Complaints must be lodged within two months of discovering the defect to be considered in due time. SACHAJUAN will handle complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and the guidelines provided by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). It is important to note that customers are not entitled to compensation if their complaint is solely based on dissatisfaction with the product. SACHAJUAN is not liable for defects or delays caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Exchanges can be made by returning the item and making a separate purchase for the desired item. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected. The customer will be notified if the refund is approved or not. The refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method, but it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
