Phlur offers free standard shipping within the contiguous US for orders of $60.00 or more. Shipping and handling costs for UPS Surepost is $8, with an estimated delivery date of 3 to 10 business days. Orders are processed within 1 business day and may arrive in multiple packages. Phlur is unable to guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed. The brand is closed on certain holidays and does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPOs. Unfortunately, Phlur does not currently ship internationally nor to freight forwarders' addresses.

Phlur.com accepts returns on unopened, regularly priced candles within 30 days of the original purchase date only. Sample Sets, Full Size 50ml and Travel Size Fragrances, and Body Care cannot be returned or exchanged at this time. Products purchased using a coupon code, including those for a free product, are also not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a shipping error was made by Phlur.com. To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. If there was a shipping error, a photo or photos depicting the issue must be provided. Exchanges are not currently offered, but customers may place a new order for the replacement product and receive a refund after the returned goods are received and processed. Phlur.com does not cover the cost of shipping back the product unless the exchange is due to a qualifying damage or warehouse error. Exchanged products will be charged a new shipping and handling fee, and the customer may select the method of shipping at checkout.
