Snif offers shipping to the Continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska with free shipping for all orders. For orders above $39, free shipping is also granted for ‘Try’ and ‘Buy’ orders. Customers in Canada can choose between two shipping methods: Duties Paid or Duties Unpaid, with estimated shipping times between 10-28 days depending on the method chosen. Duties Paid rates are provided by Passport shipping and include duties and taxes calculated at checkout, while Duties Unpaid rates are provided by DHL and do not include duties and taxes calculated at checkout. For subscriptions, customers can change their shipping address for recurring orders. Snif does not currently ship internationally, but is working on expanding its shipping capability.

Snif accepts returns on all 30ml and 10ml fragrance bottles that are in their original seal and packaging, unused, and in "good as new" condition. For candle products, full-size candles can be returned if they are in their original condition, have their lid, have their wax cover, and have not been burnt or had the wax adulterated. Apparel can be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in "good as new" condition. All returns, whether for at-home trials or normal purchases, must be submitted within 7 days after delivery and receipt. Fragrances or candles should be shipped back in their original Snif packaging to ensure proper safety during transit. If the item is not returned in "good as new" condition, Snif will not be able to accept the return and the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the product. Snif does not accept exchanges at this time.
