Haeckels offers shipping services for both domestic and international orders. For UK orders, they use DPD in a carbon-neutral manner and provide a one-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery. Orders are dispatched within one working day and can be delivered within 24 hours of collection. UK next-day delivery is also available for orders placed before 3 pm. Shipping fees for UK orders start at £4.80 per order, and free shipping is provided for orders over £30. International shipping fees start at £18 per order, and delivery aims to be within 3-5 days for Europe and 5-7 days worldwide. All orders outside of the UK do not include VAT, so additional charges may apply via the carrier.

Haeckels accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased on their website or in their physical store. For online purchases, the returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Damaged products during shipping will be refunded or exchanged. Proof of purchase must be provided, and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. For in-store purchases, products can only be returned to the retail location for a refund or exchange, and proof of purchase must be provided. Faulty or damaged products will be refunded or exchanged. If the original purchase was part of a discounted set or gift box, the whole item/gift set must be returned. Click + Collect orders can only be returned in-store. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used.
