Radswan's shipping policy states that orders should be processed within 3-5 business days. For shipping within the UK, all orders are shipped from their UK warehouse via a tracked delivery service and can be expected to arrive within 2-4 business days. For shipping within the EU, orders are shipped from the UK warehouse via a tracked delivery service and can be expected to arrive within 3-10 business days, pending customs clearance. Customers are responsible for the payment of any applicable duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges which may be incurred. However, Radswan is part of Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) for EU customers, which means that orders below €150 EUR will have duty and taxes included. Orders above €150 EUR will need to pay duties and taxes. For shipping outside of the UK and EU, all orders are shipped from the UK warehouse via a tracked delivery service and can be expected to arrive within 4-10 business days, pending customs clearance. Radswan offers a 14-day return policy for their RadShape, RadClips, clothing items, and RadGrip. To qualify for a return, the RadShape must be undamaged with the lace intact and in its original condition and packaging. The RadClips must also be undamaged with the hair intact and in their original condition and packaging. Clothing items and the RadGrip must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging. Customers can request a refund or exchange through the Returns Portal. Radswan does not offer free return services at this time, and UK customers can use a provided return label for £4.60. European customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should keep proof of postage.
