Oura offers free sizing kits for customers to ensure the best possible fit for their Oura Ring. The sizing kits are delivered within 3-9 business days after ordering. Once the ring size is confirmed, the Oura Ring will arrive within 2-5 business days after receiving a shipping confirmation email. Expedited shipping is available for orders to the US, EU, and UK for a cost of $35/35€. However, expedited shipping is not available for PO box addresses. Orders to the US are shipped from either the US or the Netherlands, while all other orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Oura delivers to PO boxes in the United States, but not outside of the United States.

Oura offers a 30-day return or exchange policy for fully functional and undamaged rings.
