Afterglo offers discreet shipping options for all orders, with the choice between a plain brown box sealed with clear tape or a plain brown box sealed with their signature Afterglo shapes. All billing transactions and return labels are labeled as “AFG Company”. Afterglo ships from their Montreal warehouse and currently ships to Canada, the United States, and the rest of the world. Domestic shipments to Canada and the United States are shipped via Canada Post, with options for Express Delivery and Standard Delivery. International shipments are also shipped via Canada Post with Xpresspost (tracked), but there are restrictions on shipping to certain countries due to strict country laws. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties and taxes, which are not included in the shipping rates. Afterglo accepts various forms of payment, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Shipping prices and costs vary depending on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen. There are no shipping deals for purchases over a certain price at this time.
Afterglo return policy
14-day return window
Afterglo's return policy states that unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. However, once a product seal has been broken, even if not used, returns are not accepted due to the intimate nature of the products. Opened pleasure objects that are malfunctioning may only be returned under the manufacturer's warranty policies. Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where the company's error caused the return. Before returning an item, customers must contact Afterglo for authorization. The company does not offer exchanges, except in the case of incorrect items shipped. If someone receives a gift from Afterglo, they may return it for merchandise credit within 14 days of receipt. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Afterglo cannot refund shipping fees, and merchandise must be unopened to be eligible for return. The company is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
