Aisle's Shipping Policy

For domestic orders in the US and Canada, Aisle offers free shipping for orders over $75. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate of $7 in BC and $10 for the rest of Canada and the US. Customers will receive tracking information once the order ships out and the estimated arrival date depends on the location but is usually two weeks in Canada and three weeks in the US.For international orders, Aisle charges a flat rate of $15 for orders under $75, $25 for orders between $75 and $150, and $50 for orders over $150. The orders are fulfilled by Canada Post and then transferred to USPS or the customer's local service. International orders are expected to arrive within four weeks.

Aisle's Return Policy

Aisle offers a 60-day Better Periods Guarantee, allowing customers to try their first product risk-free. Items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition to receive either store credit or a refund to the original form of payment. Canadian orders will receive a shipping label once the return request is approved, while US and International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. It can take 3-6 weeks for Aisle to receive and process the return. Items that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
