Allkinds offers both standard and express delivery options for their Australian customers. Standard delivery is free and takes 3-7 business days from dispatch, while express delivery costs $10 and takes 2-3 business days from dispatch. For international customers, Allkinds delivers to a variety of countries, with shipping costs varying based on order total. New Zealand orders under $100 AUD cost $10 AUD, while orders over $100 AUD are free and take 4-10 business days to arrive. US orders under $49.99 AUD cost $20 AUD, while orders over $50 AUD are free and take 4-10 business days to arrive. International orders under $199.99 AUD cost $20 AUD, while orders over $200 AUD are free and take 4-10 business days to arrive. All international orders are subject to customs inspections and applicable import taxes and customs duties, which the customer is responsible for paying. Allkinds does not ship Whipped Shower Foam, Nail Polish, Hand Sanitizer and Body Sprays internationally. During popular sales and promotions, orders may be delayed due to products being out of stock, and all orders are reviewed for fraud and suspicious activity, which may cause additional delays.

Allkinds has a customer-friendly return policy that allows customers to easily return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unopened with packaging sealed, and accompanied by the store receipt/tax invoice or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Customers can return items via post by filling and printing out the 'Return by Post' form or in-store by bringing the item(s) and proof of purchase to one of the standalone stores. Allkinds offers instant product exchange, refund, or returns/gift card options for eligible returns. Afterpay purchases can be returned to the Allkinds Online returns warehouse or in-store. International purchases can be returned to the online returns facility at the customer's own cost. Faulty products can be returned for an exchange or refund upon inspection. Allkinds reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product if the fault is a result of neglect or misuse or usual wear and tear following use of the product. Restrictions apply, and customers should allow five business days for their return to be processed once received by Allkinds Online returns. Delivery fees for Allkinds Online purchases and postage costs for the "return to online" return option are non-refundable under this returns policy.
