LoveSeen is a direct-to-consumer fake lashes brand founded by Jenna, a synchronized swimmer, and co-created by Troi, a recent college graduate. The lashes were developed by fitting and hand-building them on 21 people of different ages, ethnicities, and eye shapes, adjusting strand by strand until perfected.

LoveSeen shipping policy
Orders ship from the warehouse in 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5 business days depending on location. Currently, shipping is available only to the U.S. and Canada.
LoveSeen return policy
30-day return window
LoveSeen accepts returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Swimwear must have all tags and hygiene stickers still attached to be eligible for a refund. Earrings are not eligible for return. Sale items are only eligible for a store credit and must be returned online or via one of their Surplus stores. To return an item, customers must visit LoveSeen's online returns portal to request a return, select the items they'd like to return, and specify whether they would like a refund or a store credit. Return shipping is charged at a flat fee of $7.95 per return (Australia only), which will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, customers can opt for a store credit to receive a free return shipping label. Once the return is confirmed, customers will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label. Once the items are received, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. LoveSeen does not hold stock for exchanges and cannot be held liable for garments lost or damaged in the return shipping process and sent without tracking.
