LoveSeen offers shipping from their Australian Distribution Centre and Retail Stores. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, but this may be subject to delays. Domestic shipping within Australia is free for Express orders over $250, while orders under $250 cost $10 for Express and are free for Standard shipping. Same day delivery is also available for Sydney Metro for a fee starting at $15. For New Zealand and the rest of the world, shipping costs and times vary. Express shipping is free for orders over $250 to New Zealand and the rest of the world, while orders under $250 cost $30 and $35, respectively. Standard shipping to New Zealand costs $15 and to the rest of the world costs $20. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties.

LoveSeen accepts returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Swimwear must have all tags and hygiene stickers still attached to be eligible for a refund. Earrings are not eligible for return. Sale items are only eligible for a store credit and must be returned online or via one of their Surplus stores. To return an item, customers must visit LoveSeen's online returns portal to request a return, select the items they'd like to return, and specify whether they would like a refund or a store credit. Return shipping is charged at a flat fee of $7.95 per return (Australia only), which will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, customers can opt for a store credit to receive a free return shipping label. Once the return is confirmed, customers will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label. Once the items are received, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. LoveSeen does not hold stock for exchanges and cannot be held liable for garments lost or damaged in the return shipping process and sent without tracking.
