International shipping is available to Canada, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping is available for orders within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations. Select “Expedited Shipping (2 business days)” at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that some products are not eligible for expedited shipping, including The Writer, The Copywriter, and the WordSmith letter boards.

Letterfolk has a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must click on the provided link. The company will then provide a pre-paid, pre-addressed postage label, and customers will be refunded in full, including shipping costs. It may take up to 10 business days for Letterfolk to receive and process the return, and an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect on the customer's account statement.
