Scandinavian Designs's Shipping Policy

Scandinavian Designs ships products based on availability in your nearest Distribution Center (DC) and some items may be ineligible to ship to your location. Shipping options and rates can be seen by adding items to your cart and entering your zip code in the Shipping Rates Calculator. Furniture orders may have varying shipping times depending on location and delivery arrangements will be finalized by the Customer Care team. Small parcels usually ship within 1 week. Rescheduling deliveries will incur a fee starting at $49 and not being present during the agreed-upon delivery time-frame will result in a second delivery fee.

Scandinavian Designs's Return Policy

Scandinavian Designs allows merchandise to be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is in the same condition as when delivered and deemed saleable upon inspection. There is a restocking fee of at least 10% of the original purchase price, and the purchaser is responsible for the costs of transporting the product back to one of their facilities. Custom orders and mattresses not covered by their Sleep Promise agreement are not eligible for return. Items sold in "as-is" condition are considered "final sale" and are not returnable.
