Yield's shipping policy states that orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted in the product description. If a customer purchases multiple items and one is noted as backorder, all items will ship together at the later date. Once an order has been processed, the average transit time is 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available upon request. Yield only ships to the United States at this time, and does not offer any shipping deals or discounts.

Yield has a return policy that allows customers to request returns or claims by email within 30 days of receiving their purchase. The brand does not offer exchanges at this time. To initiate a return, customers must contact Yield via email. Used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Yield will send a pre-paid return label once the return request has been accepted. Refunds may take 1-7 business days to process. If an item was damaged during shipping, customers must include photos of the packaging and product. Custom-made items such as soaps and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
