Russet offers free standard shipping within the United States for all orders. It takes 24 to 48 hours to process each order and depending on the location, customers should receive their order within 3-7 business days. If customers need expedited shipping, they can email Russet for custom rates. However, the brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so customers are advised to bring their packages inside as soon as possible.

Russet accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must email orders@russet.com. The item(s) must be in their original packaging and free of damage. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, unless the item(s) have a manufacturer's defect, which is under the discretion of Russet's manufacturing standards. If there is a manufacturer's defect, Russet will provide a return label and incur all shipping fees. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods and determining they meet quality standards. The same form of payment used for the original order will be used for the refund. If an item does not meet the quality standards or is not in its original condition, Russet reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange.
