Tekla’s Return Policy
Tekla accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must be new, unused, and have all Tekla tags attached. Customers are responsible for all expenses related to returns or exchanges. The company will refund the full amount of the returned products, excluding any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If the returned item is damaged, soiled, or altered, it may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Customers are liable for any decrease in the item's value caused by them. The company does not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to them. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in the customer's account. If an item cannot be returned, that will be explicitly stated.
