For orders under the specified amounts, standard shipping costs apply. Jones Road does not offer expedited shipping at this time. Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in processing and shipping orders. Any applicable duties or import taxes for UK orders over £135 are collected at checkout. Orders are processed Monday - Friday and typically shipped within 3-4 business days.

Jones Road accepts exchanges within 45 days and returns within 30 days of purchase, excluding kits, sets, and apparel which are final sale. Returns or exchanges may be limited based on program abuse, misuse, or bulk purchases, and shipping charges are non-refundable. For gift returns, customers must have the original order number and gifter's email address ready to request a return for store credit.
