Their products include tampons, cups, washable panties, and pads, all made from organic cotton and packaged in biodegradable materials. Jho offers free delivery for its customers. The delivery is done by Mondial Relay, and it is free for subscribers who make a purchase of €19 or more. For non-subscribers, the free delivery is available for purchases of €49 or more. Customers can choose between home delivery and delivery to a relay point. Home delivery options include Colissimo without signature, La Poste (for more ecological delivery), and Chronopost (for delivery within 72 hours). For delivery to a relay point, Jho's partner is Mondial Relay, and all available partner relay points closest to the customer's home or work are provided. A single period of 8 days will be applied for all parcels at Point Relais® and/or lockers.

Jho's return policy allows for the return of products under certain conditions. For a single purchase or subscription order, customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be in perfect condition, unopened, unworn, and with labels intact. For period panties, customers can try them on over their underwear to ensure the correct size. The return of products is the customer's responsibility, and returns via Colissimo or letter followed by the post office are accepted. However, any packages sent via Mondial Relay or Private Parcel (Boxtal) cannot be received by Jho's teams.
