Italic currently only ships domestically within the US, including all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Once an order is placed, customers can expect to receive their package within 5-7 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Customers can track their packages on the company’s website by entering their order number and email address. 30-day return window
Italic offers a 30-day return policy for items that have not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. To make a return, customers should go to the Return Portal and enter their order number and shipping zip code. They will then be sent a prepaid shipping label to attach to the outside of the return package. Refunds will be issued to the original method or can become store credit. Returns should be processed within a few days of receipt. Items that cannot be returned include those that have been stained, worn, washed, or altered.
