Soho Home allows customers to return items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition with original packaging. Returns must be packed with the original dispatch note. However, the brand does not accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so customers are advised to keep proof of postage receipt. Soho Home does not process exchanges, and items purchased via stockists must be returned directly to them. Large items can be returned with the assistance of the brand's shipping partner, Duo, for a fee of £99.95 (£49.95 for members), while small items can be returned for free via DPD Drop Off Points. Original artwork, Cody Hoyt products, The Mews furnishings, and Harrington planters can also be returned within specified timeframes and conditions.
