For small items, such as tableware and accessories, members get free delivery on orders over £150 within the UK mainland. Large items, including furniture and rugs, are delivered separately and may require a bespoke shipping quote for international orders. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the items. Customers in the UK mainland may opt for a white glove service for an additional fee. Soho Home also offers free delivery for certain collaborations with third-party suppliers. Customers outside the UK may be subject to additional charges or fees imposed by their local customs authority. Soho Home does not offer delivery to certain countries and regions.
Soho Home allows customers to return items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition with original packaging. Returns must be packed with the original dispatch note. However, the brand does not accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so customers are advised to keep proof of postage receipt. Soho Home does not process exchanges, and items purchased via stockists must be returned directly to them. Large items can be returned with the assistance of the brand's shipping partner, Duo, for a fee of £99.95 (£49.95 for members), while small items can be returned for free via DPD Drop Off Points.
