Shinola’s Shipping Policy
Shinola offers shipping to various destinations around the world, with the exception of some countries and territories listed on their international shipping destination exclusion list. Orders may take up to 5 business days to ship, and orders with engraving or monogramming may take an additional 2-5 business days. Wedding bands take 5-15 business days to process and ship. Bicycles are not eligible for expedited or international shipping, and oversized items may incur additional shipping fees. Standard free shipping takes 5-7 business days, while one business day shipping costs $29.95. There is a fixed rate of $175 for shipping to the lower 48 states only. Orders shipping from Shinola retail locations may take up to 2-3 additional business days to process/ship. Customers are responsible for any applicable importation costs for international orders. Shinola cannot ship certain items internationally. Shipping to Canada may take up to 5-7 business days.
Shinola’s Return Policy
Shinola accepts returns by mail or in-store for items purchased within 30 days of the purchase date, excluding bicycles, wedding bands, engraved or monogrammed products, worn/used items, and items without original packaging. Domestic orders $95 and over qualify for a prepaid return label, excluding bicycles. Items must be returned with original packaging and in new/unused condition. Products that are monogrammed, engraved, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or Shinola gift card, if preferred. Orders placed using Affirm cannot be refunded to a Shinola gift card. Physical or electronic gift cards cannot be returned. International orders do not qualify for free returns. Customers are responsible for shipment costs. All bicycle returns incur a 25% restocking fee. This fee represents all costs associated with returning a bicycle, inclusive of inspection, our custom pedal-ready box, labor, warehouse handling, paperwork, and depreciation. All bicycles must be returned in their original box with all accompanying materials. Shinola cannot accept any returned bicycles in non-Shinola bicycle packaging. Customers must ship their item(s) by insured, traceable mail. Shinola is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.
