For domestic orders in the US, Herbivore Botanicals offers free standard shipping for orders over $50 and free 2-day shipping for orders over $150. Herbivore Botanicals's Return Policy

Herbivore Botanicals offers a complimentary return policy within 30-days of purchase. To return an item, it must be packed in the original packaging (if possible) and the customer must enter the order number, shipping address, and item to return in order to receive a refund confirmation. The item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar to qualify for a refund. If the product doesn’t meet the requirements, a store credit will be issued. Herbivore Botanicals also offers a 60-day return policy for store credit only. Items that cannot be returned include items that have been used or opened. It takes up to 5-7 business days for the company to process a return.
