Gussi offers free shipping within the contiguous United States for all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $8.99 will be charged. International orders and orders outside of the contiguous United States have a shipping rate of $30. However, customers in select international markets may also be charged country-specific import taxes and fees.

Gussi offers a return policy for products purchased directly on their website. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. A return shipping fee of $8.99 for continental domestic orders and $30 for international orders will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and initial shipping fees will not be refunded. The return refund will be processed 7-10 days after the return arrives at the warehouse, less the domestic return shipping fee.
