Gote's Shipping Policy

Gote offers free shipping for all orders above USD 85. Their products are exclusively available on Shopee and in selected retail outlets. They currently ship to various countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, and more. However, customs, duties, and taxes are not included during checkout, and international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU)—any additional fees that may occur once the order arrives must be paid by the recipient. Orders will normally take 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be fulfilled, and delivery timeframes depend on selected shipping method and customs clearance procedures for international orders.

Gote's Return Policy

Gote offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and with tags. Customers must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon reception. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Gote will notify customers once the return is received and inspected, and refunds will be automatically processed on the original payment method.
