Geologie charges a flat shipping fee of $4.95 for orders within the US. Domestic orders typically deliver within 2-7 business days, but during peak shopping seasons, delivery times may be delayed by up to an additional 7 business days. Personalized full-size regimen orders always ship the same day of processing, while new trial orders and individual product purchases generally process for 1 to 2 business days before shipping.
Geologie does not accept returns or offer refunds on any products after they have left their warehouse. However, if customers receive defective, damaged or incorrect products in their order, or their order is not received despite delivery confirmation, they can contact Geologie for assistance. Geologie cannot guarantee remediation if an issue isn't brought to their attention within 7 to 10 days of posted order delivery. Geologie apparel is only eligible for return/refund if the item is flawed materially.
