For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and shipping destination and will also be displayed at checkout. Customers should be aware that their order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are their responsibility. Flamingo Estate does not currently ship wine to certain states within the US.
Flamingo Estate offers a free return policy for customers within the US. Customers have 30 days from the day their order is shipped to return the item(s). If an item arrives damaged, customers are instructed not to ship it back and to email the company instead. However, the company does not accept returns of opened or used items.
