Everist's Return Policy

Everist offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on their products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges when applicable. To initiate a return, email info@helloeverist.com for return authorization. The item(s) should be packaged in original packaging if possible and include your name and order number. Everist recommends using an insured form of delivery as they are not responsible for lost packages or return shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for purchase and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. Everist does not charge a restocking fee, but shipping fees on the original order are not refundable. Any items that cannot be returned will be explicitly stated.
