Corpus offers complimentary standard shipping for all orders within the U.S., with the option to upgrade to expedited shipping. International shipping is also available, but customers should note that orders may be delayed due to customs, and they are responsible for any applicable local duties and taxes. The brand cannot alter shipping forms or accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Processing time for orders is up to 3 business days, and orders placed after 12pm PST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Corpus return policy
30-day return window
Corpus offers a customer-friendly return policy for their full-size products. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied, they can receive a full refund by returning the product within 30 days of the delivery date. However, sets, duos, mini trios, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. The company does not offer reimbursement for the cost of returns or provide return shipping labels. Customers should allow ample time for processing the return. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, customers can contact support to receive a replacement.
