Color&Co offers a 100% Color Confidence Guarantee so if you’re unsatisfied with your personalized shade, they will send you a new shade or issue a full-refund. Returns of unused, unopened products are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for first time hair color orders only. Subscriptions that weren’t cancelled before their renewal date are not eligible for return. Customers must also include the invoice or packing slip for record-keeping purposes. Damaged or packed with incorrect items must be reported to the Customer Care team with a photo. The company does not specify how long it takes to process a return.
