Champo offers free UK delivery on all orders over £35, with standard delivery taking 2 business days and next day delivery available for £4. Orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day, with next day delivery available for orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday. International delivery is available to select European countries, with free delivery on all orders over €60. Duties and taxes are included in the website prices for international orders. Shipping to the US is also available, with free delivery on orders over $75 and shipping for all other orders at $6 (7-15 days). The brand does not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses. Free returns are available for UK addresses only.
Champo return policy
Champo offers a 30-day free return policy for their products. However, accessories such as the Shampoo brush and Conditioner comb are not refundable. The original shipping charges are also non-refundable.
